Exchange Timeframe
You can request an exchange or return within 05 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Product Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet the following requirements:

• The product is not part of a sale or promotional offer.
• The product is unused, with original tags, packaging, and no damage or stains.
• All parts, accessories, and user manuals must be intact.
• The product box and packaging must be in their original, undamaged condition.
• The customer must retain the original purchase receipt.

• Exchange due to product defects: If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
• Exchange due to incorrect product: If you received the wrong item, please contact us to exchange it for the correct product.

Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges for the following items:

• Items purchased as part of a sale, discount, or promotion.
• Used items given as customer gifts.
• Products that do not meet the return conditions.
• Products that you no longer like, do not fit, or no longer need.

• If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the item is correctly delivered and in good condition, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
