After this period, Timostore will confirm your order details, such as model, size, quantity, and delivery information, and you will no longer be able to change your order.
Depending on the shipping status of your order, Timostore’s team will be flexible in supporting you with changes. Please contact us for timely assistance.
After the order is confirmed, we will begin preparing and packaging your product:
- If you need the items sooner, please contact Timostore for assistance.
- We always strive to support you if you have a request for changes before the order is handed over to the courier service. For quick assistance, please contact us.
Note: Processing times may vary during peak periods.
- For available items, the standard processing time is 2-3 business days.
- For pre-orders, processing time will depend on the actual situation, and once the products are available, the standard processing time is 5-14 business days (depending on the product).
- For orders placed during weekends or holidays, processing time will be calculated on the next business day.

5. Handling Defective Products

- Provide advice and guidance on all relevant product/service details so that the buyer can understand and use the products properly.
- Deliver products on time and in the agreed quantity after the buyer has made full payment.

- Provide documents and invoices related to the buyer's payments.
8. Buyer’s Obligations
